Have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that our system utilizes the latest technology in 911 emergency calling. Each extension is programmed with an emergency route so that calls to 911 are sent to the appropriate emergency response site for your address.
Call Forward

Call Forward

You can divert all calls and have them forwarded to a specific telephone number or extension of your choice.
Call Monitoring

Call Monitoring

This is another great feature proprietary to VoIP telecom. With call monitoring, you can tune in on any phone conversation on your phone system. Many businesses use this feature for training purposes.
Call Pickup

Call Pickup

Call pickup allows other people to answer phone calls directed to another extension.
Call Recording

Call Recording

Record incoming and outgoing phone calls on your phone system.
Call Screening

Call Screening

Before a call is answered, the caller must say his or her name which is then briefed to you before the call is connected.
Call Screening is disabled by default, please contact Refresh Telecom in order to have this feature enabled.
Call Transfer

Call Transfer

Allows users on your phone system to transfer a caller to another extension, group of extensions, or a specified telephone number.
Call Waiting

Call Waiting

Call waiting allows you to answer another phone call while already being on a call simultaneously.
Conference Bridge

Conference Bridge

Specify a phone number on your system to become a conference bridge. This allows people to call that phone number and automatically be joined in a conference call. Further restrictions can be put in place that requires callers to enter a PIN code before they are connected to the conference.
Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb

Have calls forwarded to your voicemail or another extension at your convenience.
Follow Me

Follow Me

Invoke a defined list of extensions and/or telephone numbers when a phone call is placed to your extension. This is a great feature when you are not by your telephone and have an important phone call to answer.
Group Ringing

Group Ringing

Specify a list of extensions that will ring when a phone call is made to a specific extension.
Languages

Languages

You can give the option to callers to change the language the recorded IVR system is using. Not only do you have this option on your phone system, but as well as in the control panel.
Last Call Trace

Last Call Trace

Hear the last phone number who called, and then the system will give you an option to call that number back.
Music On Hold

Music On Hold

Allows callers to hear music or any recorded announcement or advertisement when on hold.

Enable or disable the ability for an extension to be auto-answered when called and invoking the loud speaker in the phone automatically.

Allow callers to dial by name to reach a telephone number or extension.
Pin Code Dialing

Pin Code Dialing

Allows you to prohibit users from calling pre-defined telephone numbers, unless they have the pin code.
Queues

Queues

Typically used when there are more callers than people to answer the calls. Queued callers will hear background music, recorded announcements, or advertising while waiting to be answered by one of your agents.
This feature is administered only by a Refresh Telecom administrator. Please call or email us to enable or disable this functionality in your system.
Ring Time

Ring Time

Amount of time a caller will hear ringing before the call going is forwarded or goes to voicemail.

Ringback Tone

Ringback Tone

We can program your system to play music, a recorded message, or a commercial you record instead of the generic ringback tone your callers typically hear.
System Recordings

System Recordings

Allows users to dial a feature code and password to change any of the system recordings directly from their telephone.

Time Conditions

We can route your callers to specific telephone numbers, auto-attendant, integrated voice response system, voicemail, your cell phone, or just about to anywhere you want…all based on the time of day, the day of the week, and the month of the year.

Voicemail

One of the most robust and easiest to use voicemail systems today. You can optionally choose to have your phone system text you when you receive a voicemail as well as have that voicemail and recording sent to your email. All voicemails are also accessible via your web interface control panel.

Advanced Fail Safe

Disaster Recovery Routing

Unlike traditional phone systems and most VoIP telecom companies, we provide an advanced fail safe plan in case there is any down time.
